Initial Requirements and Proposal - Preliminary project requirements are obtained from the client. From this, a proposal and project deadline is established.

Discovery and Needs Assessment - Once the initial proposal has been delivered and the production agreement signed, the Discovery Phase begins. Complete specifications and needs are documented and assessed.

Information Architecture and Strategy - This phase includes extensive information architecture and design diagrams. Based on needs, during the discovery process, an architecture and project "flow" diagram is developed. This will fire the creative design and development process.

Creative Design and Production - After the Site Architecture, the visual and layout design phase begins. Here graphical and/or functional mockups are created. These are provided to the client through our extranet.

Site Implementation and Development - After client sign-off on the final design, the implementation phase begins. This includes html programming, database development and integration, multimedia and other elements to form a completed web site.

Testing and Quality Assurance - Before site launch, the site is thoroughly tested for functionality, quality and targeted browser platforms.

Post Launch Support and Documentation - Development graphics and HTML files are provided to Clients for current and future site maintenance. Technical consultation and support is provided,depending on client needs.
